This is most odd…I have a template featuring some reviews and when I create a new page, I import the template and adjust the wording on it as required.
If I have a page featuring two or three review blocks, for some reason, the headings, and only the headings of these reviews are linked. So if I edit the content of one, they all change.
For some reason, they all seem to share the same element ID.
I created this version of the website in 1.5RC1 then updated it to RC2 and now it’s on 1.5 stable.
Is it a bug that when you import a template, all of the content is linked somehow?
Ok so done a bit more work on this…
The section template I am importing into pages was created in RC1 and has the ID brxe-899049.
Sometimes, not always, if I import this template into a page it keeps the same ID.
I have gone into the template, duplicated the headings and deleted the original ones. I have tried creating a new page with a load of these imported sections and I can’t recreate the problem so can only assume it was fixed somewhere between RC1 and Stable.
Hello @ianforest
Thank you for your post!
Do you still have the original template, the one that when you were inserting it was keeping the same ID for the headings? If so, could you please export it and share it with us?
Thank you
Luis
Sure thing, here’s a link to download it…

Even in 1.5 stable, if I create a new page and add that template and then select the heading element, it selects ALL the heading elements in ALL the sections I imported created by that template.
