WAIT: Shipping address not showing in Thank you page & emails

Browser: Google Chrome
OS: Windows 11

Hello,

in the e-commerce store i am currently building, when the customer completes an order, both in the Thank you page and in the received email the Shipping address (normally on the right side of the billing address) is missing, no matter if the customer uses the same address as billing or not, no matther what payment/shipping method he chooses:

In the Woocommerce “Orders” menu although the both addresses are displayed as expected:

In the Builder screen of the “Thank you” Template, both the one currently active and a new, unedited/unchanged one, the Shipping address is missing as well (I recall when first started creating this template several months ago, both addresses where there while editing the template):

Note that i have all plugins deactivated, except Woocommerce and Easy WP SMTP. I also deactivated Bricks theme, and with almost everything deactivated i purged all cache, activated the theme again, but no change after that.

Also, some days ago i faced the same problem, and after i published an issue in this section, i did the same actions as mentioned above, but then the problem was solved and i deleted the issue.
This time thought, i cannot manage to see any difference after plugings/theme deactivation and cache purging.

Is it a Bricks or Woocommerce issue? Do you have any thoughts of what might be happening or how can i get over it?

Hi @ChrisEski,

what happens if you switch to some other theme like “Twenty Twenty-Four”? Do you see that?

Best regards,
M

Well, I just repeated all the steps, and the outcome is the same with the basic Twenty Twenty-Four theme, no Shipping address both in the Thank you page and the merchant & customer email:

Here are my active plugins and theme (I even disabled the SMTP and cache plugin, left only woocommerce active after taking the screenshots):

Can you replicate something similar in your end?
Should i take it, it is a Woocommerce or Wordpress issue?

I even tried it in a fresh local installation using Local by Flywheel, with only woocommerce installed, both with the default Twenty Twenty-Four and Bricks Theme. But the results remain the exatly the same.

Any updates about this issue?

Hi.

In this case, when this happens also on the default theme, it seems to me like something in WooCommerce is not configured properly, or there is some problem.

If I remember correctly, I once read a post (was not related to Bricks) saying that PayPal payment integration was causing the orders by non-logged users to not have this data. But that was quite some time ago and I’m sure it’s fixed by now.

I also tested in Bricks, and that data is there.
