Although default woo widgets (as described in the title of this post) show in the builder
they are not shown on the front end.

What is showing instead? Can you provide a live link?
- do you use a template or do you edit the shop page directly?
- are you possibly using a page template that overwrites your shop page? If so, you can give the template an exclude condition for the shop page
- is the shop page currently rendered with wordpress, or with bricks (see screenshot/in the front end in the wp admin bar)?
