I’ve noticed that if I remove custom font from Bricks, I get right to the frontend. Is this a bug, intentional, or is it just me?

Can you record a video on how to reproduce the issue? I tried to remove the custom font, but I was not redirected. I guess I did not take the same steps as you.

If I click the delete button, see image, the font is deleted, but I appear on the main page of our website.

that is weird. Can you try disabling all plugins and custom scripts, then try again?
If that will not solve it, and because I can’t replicate the issue locally, can you send temporary login credentials to your test/staging website and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look?

Hey, I got a message from the admin that we have an agency license, does the agency have to contact you and send us our details to administer? Because the agency doesn’t have access to our website.

ideally, the one who set up the website (agency) would make contact, but if that’s not possible (like in your case), then feel free to send an email, and please include the email of the agency, to which the Bricks license is licensed or/and some proof of your site license, maybe screenshot of license page.
