WAIT: Range filter WooCommerce - products missing after filter

Hello, I have a problem with dissapearing products in query, when using the price range filter. I have described it in the Jam video. In short term description:

  1. User open product category and see all products
  2. User use range filter to see the highest price product
  3. Highest price product dissapears

Not sure, what I am doing wrong. Can you help me? Looks like a bug to me.

@timmse I am sorry for disturbing, but I am sure you are the one of most skilled here… Do you have any idea, what is wrong with mine filters? :slight_smile:

Can you try these steps:

  1. Set ‘product’ post type on the query.
  2. Try tick “Diable auto min/max value” on the Filter - range element

I will discuss it with client, if he approve the access or I need to create a staging for you. It will take some days.

I didn’t get approvement. However, I have another client, and facing similiar problems. When I go to the category page, with product query set to the main query. I don’t see all products, until I click to one of filters and then change state to view all.

1st load:
7 rows, 28 products

re-click the first filter to “not in sale (není ve slevě)” and back to “all (vše)”:
10 rows, 42 products

Any ideas? Should I contact support?
