When disconnecting a Component it drops the classes from the first Element. The UI will then not apply any classes you assign to it. It looks like it will work, but as soon as you clock away from the Element, the class drops off the element.
Hi @alanblair,
I can’t replicate this one on my local install.
When I unlink the component, I can see the class being there.
Can you replicate this with all components?
Best regards,
Matej
Hmm… It was doing it with all new components. I just updated to the release build, and it appears to be OK now ![]()
Over the next few days I’ll try to do more with Bricks 2.0 and see if any bugs arise.
Hi @alanblair,
ok, perfect. I’m glad that it’s working on the latest release, but definitely let me know if it happens again.
I will mark this topic as SOLVED for now, then we will see.
Thank you,
Matej
Hmm. Not solved.
It is just intermittent. I’m not certain what triggers the issue. However, with just Bricks enabled and no plugins, it is removing the top level class when I unlink components.
Hi,
Thanks for the video, but my colleague and I, both can’t replicate the issue. Would be possible to send this component over, so I can test on it directly?
Or even better, if you can send temporary login credentials to your website and a link to this topic to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look?
Thank you,
Matej
Hey Matej. I have been doing a bunch of playing on that site , adding Advanced Themer.
What I will do is spin up a new test site with only Bricks and pay with it until it breaks. When it does I will forward login details.
Sounds good
You could also use try.bricksbuilder.io, if it’s simpler for you.
