[Please describe this bug in as much detail as possible so we can replicate & debug this bug]
I have just returned to the back end after about a month and the UI in the structure column is not showing correctly. Everything was working perfect before.
Also, the buttons have a radius in the front end but there is no radius on the builder page.
I updated to the latest version of Bricks.
I also tried deactivating all plugins but it didn’t solve either issue.
Hi Charaf,
Thanks for responding.
Bricks Version: 1.8.6
Console error: AEKXD7GI.js:920 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘RUNTIME’) at wrappedSendMessageCallback (AEKXD7GI.js:920:22)
Can you please try deactivating all plugins as this seems like a plugin conflict to me. If the issue persists can you please share temporary admin access to help@bricksbuilder.io so I can take a better look?
I have tried it on Firefox and it is working fine :). It is a browser issue as you suggested.
I have cleared all Cookies, Cache and History in Chrome but the problem persists.
It works fine in Incognito.
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?
I’d probably look into reinstalling Chrome tbh as I haven’t seen similar reports here and the majority of users already use Chrome. Might be a faulty installation or a Chrome extension that’s causing the issue here.
