Popup Body Scroll disabled but I can still scroll the body?
Is it just me or a bug?

I can’t replicate the issue. This are my popup settings, but the most important one is to keep Scroll (body) disabled. Can you confirm that you have it the same?

can you show me how to replicate the issue on your site? What do I need to click? Because on the page you linked, I only see one popup (the one at the bottom), and I can’t scroll the page when that one is opened.
Also, I believe your certificate expired, giving a warning.
