I believed that there must be a code conflict from Piotnet Form.
Try disabling Piotnet form to see if this still persists.
This is the reason why I rarely like to use the form by 3rd party. Bricks has a basic form builder(much better than Divi) which enough for me for the moment. I wish @thomas could make their form more functionality by adding Conditional Logic to Bricks’s form builder.

As @jornes mentioned there’s a CSS conflict between Bricks and the Piotnet plugin. Is there any option to disable the styles inserted by the plugin?
