WAIT: PHP notice when setting header to fixed

When I set my global header template to “fixed” I get the following php notice:

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue using the upcoming 1.5 RC. Can you briefly show/explain your settings in a screencast? Which PHP Version are you using?
