WAIT: Overlay on component does not work

When adding an overlay applyed to background (Feature image) the overlay does not apply.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue/don’t know how to. Please share detailed steps or your component and the expected result so we can replicate the issue, if necessary.
