WAIT: Overlay color not applying?

On a handful of section on https://darksalmon-quail-570213.hostingersite.com/about/trainings-workshops/ (specifically, the bottom section), I am trying to add an overlay color which I’ve done a hundred times in Bricks w/o issue. However, for some reason, the overlay color will not save. I’ll set it to Apply: Overlay with a color chosen, save the page, and it will not apply to the template. Not only that, but it won’t save at all. When I navigate back to edit the page, all of the Overlay/Gradient settings are completely missing.

Anyone know what’s happening here?
