WAIT: Only one admin-account has access to the image library?

Hi people,

I’m working with several people on a site. All have admin rights, but only I can access the image library and change/place a picture in an image element. The ‘select image’ button is unresponsive and when choosing a background image, the select button is completely gone.

That is: in de Bricks builder when editing pages. Choosing a picture in the wp-admin area when adding content to a cpt is no problem. (we use metaBox)

We’re very anxious to find a solution quickly.

Just to rule this out from the start: you don’t use a role editor plugin or anything like that to change the rights for individual users or groups, do you? These are normal, regular admin accounts without any customisation, right?

Yes. And it’s not only users with admin-accounts, but (as far as I can tell) all users.

The strange thing is: I am the only one that can access the image library from within the builder. When I created an extra test-user in a different browser with different user name and password, I too couldn’t access the images. Changing the rights from admin to editor didn’t make any difference.

Only with my original account can I do it, and I am the only one.

Ok, I just noticed that we had a problem with the upload in 1.6.2 that was fixed in 1.7: Changelog – Bricks

Can you please test it again with Bricks 1.7?
