Unfortunately, I can’t tell you specifically because I don’t know your email address, your name, or the subject you used. Accordingly, I do not know what to look for.
However, I can’t find anything under the subject “License” that I would associate with you.

The emails don’t seem to be getting to us. I can’t find an email from May 5 under the subject line, nor a more recent one.
