Major Latency Problem

I consider this a bug: Editing pages in Bakend becomes excruciatingly slow after a short time and becomes unusable! The only thing that helps is closing the browser (Firefox) and logging back in—only for the problem to resurface a short time later. I use very few plugins, and none of them should be causing this. I remember a time around Brick 1.7 when this happened, but it was fixed then. With Brick 2.4, this problem has returned and is making Brick unusable!

Latest Bricks, Plugins and Firefox versions installed.

Hey @Psychopomp,

Thanks for reporting this. To narrow down the slowdown, please try editing the same page in a Firefox private window with extensions disabled. Does it become slow there too? If it does, please tell us which page or template you are editing and the steps you take before the slowdown starts. Also, please confirm whether the affected browser is Firefox; the browser field in your post says Chrome. Does it also happen on Chrome?

Hi Matej,
after testing for a while, it works much better when I disable the Eye Able Browser Plugin. But though: after a while the problem still occurs when working on the site.
