I tested this locally but was not able to reproduce the error. Can you test first by disabling all plugins, just to see if this still happens?

I’ve tested by creating an options page, and there I set the media field type with a Value Format of “Media ID”.

If it is still happening, can you please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look?

Thank you for helping.
The problem still exists after deactivating all plugins(JetEngine itself was needed).

Also tried all three options for the Value Format option.

In the Bricks Builder, I changed everything I could try but still it goes to the exact URL instead of the lightbox.

That’s interesting. I certainly can not reproduce that, so if it’s possible, I would ask you to send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can log in and check.
