Every time I enable CDN under WP rocket the light box doesn’t work

Thanks so much for your report!
The CDN usually takes a while until all the files have been distributed accordingly.
If it still doesn’t work after a certain time, you can try to exclude some of the js scripts and see if it helps.
You can see which ones are loaded in your case in the “Network” tab of the Developer Tools.
