WAIT: Issue with Products Filter showing extra products not in the selected category

I have a search filter which is filtering products by category. On one category, the filter displays additional products which are not in the specified filter category.

I have checked the details of all the products, removed the category and re-added it, removed the category individually from various products and re-added it, and the result is the same.

If somebody could take a look, that will be so much appreciated as I am hoping to set the site live ASAP.

The issue described above, only occurs with ‘infinite scroll’ enabled for the main product repeater. I have turned this off, switched the posts per page setting to 200 (to avoid requiring pagination), and the filter works correctly. Only products in the specified category are shown.
