Good morning!
I hava an issue with Complianz.
I donât know why, on my website built with bricks doesnât show the cookie banner created with Complianz. I did the sam process i used to do with Elementor
Ok, I did so, too, and installed it locally, and it works as expected. Since itâs working fine, I assume you made a mistake during the setup process? If you switch to a default theme, does the cookie banner show up? If it doesnât, itâs not a Bricks issue, and you should get in touch with Complianz.
I am using Complianz with Bricks without any issues.
One thing I can think of that might prevent your banner from showing is this: Maybe you have the âRespect No Followâ setting in Complianz activated. This means that if this option is enabled, the banner wonât appear if you have set this in your browsers privacy settings. There is also the possibility to turn off the banner from the Complinaz settingsâmaybe check this as well.
Try testing it in another browser to see if the banner shows. Also, check if the âNo Followâ option is active in your browser.
BUT this is definitly something you have to turn to the Complianz support - this has nothing to do with Bricks.
