Good morning!

I hava an issue with Complianz.

I don’t know why, on my website built with bricks doesn’t show the cookie banner created with Complianz. I did the sam process i used to do with Elementor

Hi,
Welcome to the forum!

I have never used Complianz, but I know some Bricks users who do without issues.
What exactly is the “process”? Can you provide a live link?

Best regards,
timmse

Hi,
I just followed the guided procedure by Complianz

Ok, I did so, too, and installed it locally, and it works as expected. Since it’s working fine, I assume you made a mistake during the setup process? If you switch to a default theme, does the cookie banner show up? If it doesn’t, it’s not a Bricks issue, and you should get in touch with Complianz.

I am using Complianz with Bricks without any issues.

One thing I can think of that might prevent your banner from showing is this: Maybe you have the ‘Respect No Follow’ setting in Complianz activated. This means that if this option is enabled, the banner won’t appear if you have set this in your browsers privacy settings. There is also the possibility to turn off the banner from the Complinaz settings—maybe check this as well.

Try testing it in another browser to see if the banner shows. Also, check if the ‘No Follow’ option is active in your browser.

BUT this is definitly something you have to turn to the Complianz support - this has nothing to do with Bricks.
