Browser: Chrome 110 OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc. URL: Link to a page that illustrates this issue - can’t as im working on a closed enviroment. Video: https://jam.dev/c/5d16c32f-9a1f-4f63-be08-aa82dc1504c3 Bricks version: 2.3.2
Hey, I was working on a bricks build for my client, while editing the homepage and iterating on a css animation, the builder gave me a crash report (couldnt save it) after reloading the builder page I got stuck in this blank/white page. Ive downgraded the php to 8.3 version from 8.5, checked all the bricks system info (previously there was much less memory set up)
Im just trying to figure out whether I can revert back the page to the state where it worked and extract the content - or should i just leave it? Duplicating the bugged page doesn’t solve the problem, while creating new pages or just previewing eg. nav component - builder initializes fine.
Not sure what to do with this one, appreciate any help on that.
Thanks.
Hey, appreciate your reply. Since this project is a pain to maintain (I dont have ownership on the enviroment) i’ll contact the admin and see if he can get this resolved. Anyway, thanks for your time here.
You should definitely try checking the WordPress revisions for that specific page in the standard editor view. Often you can roll back to a version from a few minutes before the crash without having to open the Bricks builder itself, which usually resolves those white screen errors caused by corrupted local storage or CSS conflicts.
