Hello,

our page has had many form submissions unsing the bricks form builder - but none of the submissions is shown under “Form Submissions” in the Bricks Menu on the Wordpress Dashboard. Do I have to configure anything to make it work?

Hello, I have the same issue as OP.
I am using latest bricks version which for now is 1.12.1.

Form submission doesn’t work for me, the submissions field is always empty.
Things I checked:

  • enabled form submissions in “actions”
  • the order is correct, save submissions is first
  • administrator access to “form submissions”
  • tried to reset and delete submissions from database

Any help appreciated!

I also checked on other page with older version of bricks and saving submission is working fine there.

Which database version are you using?
Also, please check your server error logs, which may contain specific information.
