WAIT: Editor layout bug

When editing without using a template all works as expected. As soon as I apply a Single template to pages, the editing breaks. The focused container tools disappear, the highlighted box drops below the focused content, a massive gap appears at bottom of content where the container tools appear. Primarily, many edits do not occur in real time but require saving and refreshing the browser.

This is happening in a fresh install with no other plugins activated and running off the Bricks theme rather than a child theme. I’ve tried various browsers including a few Blink based browsers, Gecko and Webkit. No difference. I’ve tested locally in various versions of PHP. Also occurring on all my client sites at moment. Been struggling with this for days and have spent hours trying to find a workaround.

Most changes require saving and refreshing to view in editor. Or saving and viewing on frontend prior to refreshing.

Hopefully a patch can be released prior to the rollout of 2.0.

Hi @atomiccherry,

on which version are you testing? Can you try to test on 2.0 alpha, and by disabling all plugins - on your video, I still see that you have some of them active.

If that does not help, can you send temporary login credentials to your test/staging website and a link to this topic to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look?
