WAIT: Editing templates causing a 404 error

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: macOS | Windows

BRICKS: 2.1.4

I have a wordpress website that I created for our company intranet. I developed it using Local and then built a ubuntu server running LAMP with a self-signed SSL cert and migrated the site. Everything on the front-end is working, however on the backend Bricks only works when editing a page. If I try and edit or create a template, I get an apache 404 error page trying to access https://192.168.10.126/template/announcements-2/?bricks=run .

The strange this is the builder loads when editing a page, just not a template.

Hi @whiteravenmedia and welcome to the forum

This seems more like a server misconfiguration than Bricks one. First things that I would try (and you may already have):

  • Redave permalinks
  • Disable all plugins
  • Check if there are any redirects.
