Css styling or associated classes in a template are not loaded when the template is loaded via do_shortcode().

Would you be so kind as to provide a screencast using https://jam.dev showing and explaining what you are doing and what’s happening?
Does the problem occur with inline styles, external files or both?
What does the template contain? These are all things that may be important.
Would be cool if you could answer the questions in your video
