WAIT: Checkout Conflicts

Apologies in Advanced if this is wrong section but it is a bug, maybe not with Bricks IDK

Bricks Version: 1.4.0.2
Browser: Chrome 90
OS: Windows
URL: Screenshot - e24f8a2d08aff2c22d5e0fbefd77c451 - Gyazo

:recycle: The issue is once a page is “published” with a woofunnels checkout shortcode ( with bricks builder only ) you cannot “edit in bricks” again

:soon: Yes Woofunnels dev team are looking into a solution to resolve the conflict and mentioned they have reached out to Bricks dev. Thomas i hope you/your team can work with woofunnels for a quick solution would be appreciated

In the mean time i would still like to access “Edit in Bricks” while i wait for a solution. Is it possible to remove a shortcode outside of the builder?

Can this be done outside of the builder? Just looking if theres anyway to remove it possibly in a file somewhere so i can continue building the page

:x: Cannot deactivate the plugin as the page is built into it ( woofunnels ). When the plugin is deactivated the page does not exist

TIA for all help

Hello @MattBlack

We’ve made some improvements in Bricks 1.5-beta to support WooFunnels better. At the same time, we are also working with the WooFunnels team to have a better integration.

Did you have the chance to install Bricks 1.5-beta and try if it fixes the issue for you?

Note: Do not run this beta release on any live/production website! It is meant only for testing and providing feedback (ideally via the forum) to help us release the best possible stable 1.5.

Hello @luistinygod

Thats good to know, i havent seen anything mentioned for woofunnels so was hesitant plus
i’ve never really had experience with beta versions so i havent tried the beta 1.5 as yet.
But knowing this i will test for sure now to see if it helps

Hello @luistinygod

i have now tested bricks 1.5beta

and 1 issue was resolved where the “checkout form” page can now access “Edit in Bricks”

It still doesnt work as it should BUT i found how the shortcode will work… ONLY if you have a Rich Text field directly above with the shortcode too… weird i know but see my video

** i also mentioned the bricks builder header or banners not correctly aligning ( both 1.4 and 1.5 )

( i kept saying woocommerce… obviously it woofunnels )

These is a Learndash issue but will raise it separately

Hi @luistinygod

Update: Woofunnels have provided an solution to the checkout and all working perfectly now.

But the banner is still off. If this is Woofunnels conflict to resolve, feel free to close this feed

Hello @MattBlack

Thank you for your update. I’m glad the checkout shortcode issue is fixed. As per the top toolbar conflict, I would say WooFunnels need to remove their bar from the Bricks builder to avoid the layout breaking. Did you mention this to the WooFunnels support?

Hello, could you please share the solution? I am facing exactly the same issue as you now.
