WAIT: Can't use builder or deactivate licence

The website has been moved from production to live by a third party. I went into the site today to make an update since the move and noticed I couldn’t edit the pages. I went to regenerate CSS and it is not working as I’ve seen in the past. I can’t deactivate the licence or reactivate it.

I’ve tried it with the other plugins active and not active.

it looks like you get redirected to the login page or/and logged out. Can you check the browser console, I’m sure network requests are being rejected/redirected, and you may find a problem there.

You can also check if all the links are pointing to the new URL, not the staging one, as this may also be a problem.

Also, one of the ideas was that you maybe have something on the server, that is blocking those requests. But it’s hard to say from just a video.

Additionally, if the links and everything are correct, you can send temporary login credentials to your test server and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look.

Update for this ticket:
They’ve put the site behind a maintenance mode and when I went in today and updated a few plugins I was able to operate bricks normally. I was able to regenerate CSS and re-add the licence. Some other weird things are going on with the site. The settings are all correct but the website is being squished to 1040px wide instead of the desktop viewport.

Update 2:
Looks like everything is resolving properly now. There was a redirect loop when the site was using https behind Cloudflare. After my plugin updates this morning, we have applied the https again and the site is displaying correctly and with the right viewport. Problem resolved.
