Every time I turn on code execution and save changes it reverts back to being turned off on page load.
Caching and security plugins are disabled on this staging site. Staging on Kinsta.
Has anyone else experienced this and know the solution?
Check in the dev tools console to see if there’s any error that can point you in the right direction.

This problem has never been reported before if I’m not mistaken. As Sridhar already said, the console should, at best, provide information about what is going on. If not, or you can’t do anything with the message:
