WAIT: Cache layer not clearing on mobile device

I recently installed Perfmatters to try and improve speed and while I was messing around with the settings, I noticed it created some issues on the front end of my website. Specifically the mobile version and only recreated when using my phone to visit my website. It creates an extra white space on the mobile version, on the right side of the top of my website. When scrolling down its there but after a certain point the extra white space disappears and the website works as intended. I do use an off canvas mobile menu on my website. I tried to fix it through Perfmatters with no luck. I ended up deactiving and uninstalling the plugin but the issue is still there.

I have cleared my cache and contacted Perfmatters support to see if they could help but they confirmed its not related to Perfmatters as it is completely removed from my website. They believe it is something cache related from Bricks Builder.

This is possibly not a bug but it does seem as if there is a cache layer that has not been cleared. Is there someone that could help me troubleshoot this problem?

Hey @luke,

my first guess would also be that it has nothing to do with Prefmatters and caching, but that you just noticed it at that time. And I think it has something to do with design and how your website is structured.
Can you make sure that there are no sections that overflow to the right side, as this usually causes the white gap? Most likely, there is some div or some absolute positioned element, or even the header itself, that is causing this.

Now, if you can, you can also give us the website URL, so we can check. And if you don’t want to paste it here, you can send it to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase and with the link to his thread. Then we can check it

Thank you and best regards,
M
