WAIT: Bricks and JetEngine Incompatibility - Profile Builder

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: Windows
URL: Using LocalWP

Hello team,

ISSUE#01
I’m using Bricks with JetEngine and their Profile Builder tool. We need to use Bricks Templates (Sections) to be able to use them inside Profile Builder. As you can see in the video below, the header works as intended for pages (singles, etc). But for sections, the header seems to work in the builder (backend) and not in the frontend (as the header is overlaping the content).

ISSUE#02
As we still can’t change the header location depending on the viewport, I’m trying to do a workaround and setting up 2 headers. But it seems we can’t, because of template settings conditions.

Header 01 - Location Left / Entire website / Tablet Display None
Header 02 - Location Top / Entire website / Desktop Display None

Best regards,

Hello @ribeirom4e,

thank you for the video, but it’s quite hard to follow them, as they don’t have a voice.

For the first issue, I’m not familiar with “Profile Builder”, so I’m not sure how exactly it works. But, if it’s working in the builder, and not on frontend, then I suggest you to check the frontend, what could be wrong/different with CSS.
Maybe you need to switch from inline to external files, or vice-versa, just to test.

About the second issue, you can’t have two headers on the same page, so you will have to use CSS or a custom template to achieve this.

Matej

Hello Matej, how are you doing mate?

“you can’t have two headers on the same page”

  • I’ll not even bother with these two issues then. I’ll not use the header template.

PS.: There is no solution here for now, so I don’t know how will we mark this post.

Best regards,
