WAIT: Add to cart spinner is not displayed for the first time

Browser: Chrome 115
OS: Windows

On the product page, I first reload the page with ctrl+F5 and then click on the add to cart button. In this case, the spinner is not displayed. But if I click on add to cart again (without reloading), the spinner is displayed.

Additional improvement: Change spin direction (might be wrong for loader with arrows).
