WAIT: [1.5 RC2] Logo style issues after update to 1.5RC2

Hey guys, I have a really strange issue I’m not able to debug.

I have a header template set on the entire site from 1.5 Beta. It looks like this in backend:

Now on frontend, the logo element is unstyled:

The weird thing is: if I create a new section and move all the elements in the new section, it looks good on frontend. But as soon as I delete the old (empty) section, the frontend is unstyled again.

Here is the json on my header template:

NOTE: I experienced the same issue on a page, where the elements inside the first section were unstyled (margins mostly) and on a footer template (same logo issue) so I guess it’s not related to the header template only.
