any idea why I get this error on all the head links? " Trailing slash on void elements has no effect and interacts badly with unquoted attribute values?

Nowadays, people usually ignore these results by the W3 validator, especially when building sites with any site builders. It’s almost an impossible task for them(any builders) to get this fixed. We will still see these errors when hand-coding our site(but maybe lesser).
Update: Some errors thrown were not caused by the builder only but also caused by 3rd party addons.
