"update cart" button does not work when changing quantity by typing

Found that there is a missing feature with the “update cart” button in the cart. When you enter the shopping cart, you cannot press the button. In other words, it is not possible to adjust the quantity of the item by re-entering the desired quantity and then pressing “update cart”. The button only becomes active after you have adjusted with the +/- buttons. See the attached video as an example.

Many of our customers find it intuitive to enter the quantity and it can be quite a few times to press + if you want to increase by, for example, 50-100 objects.

Many people do not realize that they have to press plus or minus.

Is this possible to fix?
