I have created a theme style temporary page with the most used element for my website. For the single image, gallery, button, i don’t see the same styling control in theme style like I see on the element itself.
for example, I add a radius 25px that is not reflecting in the front end, and also I don’t see border radius in the theme style image element. All i see is icon related controls.
Menu hover is being applied to the entire menu instead of the individual menu. I did apply the pseudo class of hover, and change the typography color. It still applies to the entire menu items.
Not all the controls on the element are in theme styles. This might be because some of the controls are HTML, for example.
In terms of overcoming that all, a global theme style is a class. If you wanted to create a global-image class, you could add all the changes inside the element with more controls available. Do you know how to add and style classes?
Do you have a link for this to look at? And an image of the control you changed?
P.s. It’s challenging to change from a different builder, but I promise you if you give it a little time, and ask lots of questions here, then one day it will click into place for you
Hello Michael,
Thank you for stepping in. I absolutely want to learn Bricks, and it’s the reason I am watching videos non-stop and started trying out now. I have a very similar need all the time with ACF and I just got comfortable with elementor, but i wanted some performance, and wanted a site that is scalable for my own bigger scale projects is why i got into bricks.
