I am using Bricks Builder’s Nestable Slider to display WooCommerce products using a loop query. However, after the website loads, the slider does not render immediately. Instead, it appears after about 10 seconds, once multiple sections have already loaded. Only then do the Nestable Slider products become visible, which negatively affects the user experience.

Kindly try deactivating all performance-related plugins and test again.
Maybe the JavaScript was delayed by the plugin/custom code.
Because the way your website loads the JavaScripts is not the same as a normal default WordPress site.
I deactivate Speed Optimaization plugin Seraphinite Accelerator (Full, premium) it’s working Perfectly but when I activate this speed optimaization plugin then face problem how to solve it.
