SOLVED: Z-index of Base Breakpoints vs Left Panel in Bricks Builder UI needs tweaking (a part of the layer is hidden by edit panel)

currently on clicking of 3 dots in Breakpoints panel (inside the builder) there is a problem with z-index between layers. When Basepoint box is displaying it appears partially hidden by the left edit panel, the top area:
