I just installed bricks latest stable update in new wordpress and faced this issue.
when i undo, get back the button in structure in previous position, not inside block.

when i was recording this video i noticed one think.
You can see there are 2 blocks ( Block–Heading) (Block–Button) inside a Container
in this video i clicked on first block and dragged button inside there and the button disappeared.

In this second video, now i clicked on 2nd block where button is inside it and dragged the button to 1st block. my 2nd block disappeared and button not moved.
Conclusion:
i think the bug is triggered by Block element. i also noticed in @Michael (He replied on this topic with a jam) He also clicked on Block and dragged inside there which i also did.
It means Block can disappear anything (not only button) if someone click on Block and drag anything inside it.
You can say why do you guys click on block? we click on canvas area and it block is clicked automatically, its normal.
Good thing is its not a permanent bug, it happens randomly.
I’m also looking for solution of below issue, if you have time can you please look into this?

thank you a lot for the recordings. With the help of your recordings, I was able to replicate the issue every time and I’ve added it to the bug tracker.
Since there were quite a few reports about that in the forum, I will link all of them here. If any of you still have a way to reproduce the issue, please record it and post it here, as it will help us with testing.

Just for info and possible workaround, I think (not yet tested extensively), that if you select the element before moving it, it will not disappear.

Actually I had the same issue. The. I fount my element at the complete bottom of the structure panel. If it’s happen again I will try to upload a video as well
We identified the issue for the original bug, and we already have a fix for it. But, the one you are describing seems to be different, as the element is still visible, just in the wrong position. Still, feel free to post a video, if you can get it.

I jave this problem too. During drag and drop elements in structure panel, they gone from structure and also from canvas.
I try to record whole project to grab the moment that this accurs.
