SOLVED: Two bug in Social Sharing element

Browser: Chrome 128.0.6613.114
OS: Windows

Hi bricks team,

1- Social Sharing element in RTL has 10px margin from left. While there is no such margin in LTR.

2- When we use this element, if it is close to the edge of the screen, it causes a lot of overflow in the mobile phone. It seems that the problem is from the data-balloon. Please note that this bug can only be seen on mobile. I’m facing it on Android-Chrome and haven’t tried other devices and browsers.

To reach this bug, please add the following template in a page and view the page in the mobile browser. I hope you are successful in achieving it.

I also have two small requests for this element and I hope you agree to add them.

1- new option for disable data-balloon.
2- Gap control to create space between icons (We currently have this option in the style tab, but if it was added to the content tab, it would be much better in terms of accessibility).

thank you

Hi,

I was able to reproduce both bugs and will add them to the internal bug tracker.

Best regards,

Hi Matej,

I can’t edit the title of this thread. But both bugs have been fixed in version 1.12. Of course, the first one was fixed in previous versions.

You are right. I tried to replicate now both issues, but I could not. So, I marked this topic as solved.

Thank you.
Matej
