While I was styling my Bricks theme - The Theme Styles, I was editing the alert element and had to style the mute type. Unfortunately, the border is missing when you get there.
I also recommend there be an option to give all alerts the same border & same background. Since people have different aesthetics for web UI these days.

You’re right: the border control is missing for the muted alert, and I agree that having a “general” border control would make sense, too.
