SOLVED: Theme Styles are empty

Bricks Version: 1.5
Browser: Chrome 90
OS: macOS / Windows / Linux / etc.
URL: try.bricksbuilder.io

On the try-demo I have imported a community template including the theme-settings & colours, then saved the page.

Now I wanted to access the theme-settings, but find them empty. There’s no option to add custom settings. Is this a bug or misunderstanding on my end?

Please check this 5s screencast:

Do you have any custom code on the page, or anywhere else?

I do not have this problem on any page of my test site. I can always access the Theme Styles controls.

Also, Bricks version 1.1.3 is very old. I would consider upgrading (but of course only do so on a test site or with a complete backup first).

I thought the same, but I think they’ve just kept the default details in the template

Hi Sascha,
Welcome to the forum, and thanks so much for your report!

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue on try.bricksbuilder.io
Can you disable all your browser extensions or try in an incognito window? Maybe something is influencing the import…

Best regards,
timmse

Hey guys, sorry for late reply, just found all notifications in my spam-folder and have now whitelisted this domain. I have checked again creating a new demo, and now the theme-settings are accessible as expected. Maybe a browser-issue in previous attempt. Have a lovely day
Sascha

by the way, how can I mark this topic as “Solved”? Don’t see any option here …

I am glad that the problem has solved itself
You probably don’t have enough rights to change the title yet - that will come with time and increasing activity.
