SOLVED: Theme Style - Content Max Width

Bricks Version: 1.2
Browser: Chrome 90
OS: macOS

Setting the Content Max Width is Theme Styles is not working, the default 1100px is being used.

Also I am finding this inconsistent - sometimes it does use the new Content Width setting but if the Container is set to stretch the stretch max-width:none is being overridden and doesn’t go full width.

Just bumping this as no response…

I have doubled checked this issue and here is how to replicate:

  1. Change Theme Styles Content max. width to new value
  2. Add new container - then set to stretch
  3. Resulting container should be full width and have CSS max-width:none but this rule is overridden by new Content max. width

Hello @neilg I’ve tried to reproduce this on the try.bricksbuilder.io server and on my local installation and I don’t get the same behaviour. Could you please share the URL of your page where this is happening?

Hi @luistinygod , here is a loom showing the issue - Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software and here is the url - https://try.bricksbuilder.io/tf58bb39/test6/

Hello @neilg

Thank you for the further explanations and the video!

I got it. I was using the General > Container Width and now I noticed you were using the Content Max-width. Yes, we found the issue and it is fixed on Bricks 1.2.1, to be released asap.

Ok great, good its fixed for next release !
