Styles copied from the element ID can’t be pasted to classes. It always results in a “Nothing To Paste” message and no styles are applied. However, copy/pasting styles between classes seems to work fine.
Plain WordPress install, only ACF Pro plugin. Started on Bricks 1.10.3 and upgraded to 1.11. Copy/paste worked on 1.10.3.
Yep, I can confirm the issue. I’ve replicated it locally and I’ve added it to the internal bug tracker. Once the fix will be implemented, we will update this topic.
Can you share a temporary workaround or where to patch the Bricks Builder theme?
I am developing a website and I really need copy paste styles to migrate from id to class all the styles.
Thanks.
I can’t seem to find the Paste icon/button in the Elements panel. When I copy styles, select another element in the structure and try to paste it to that another ID, I don’t see the Paste icon in that row. (please note that the paste button does appear in the dropdown when selecting other classes)
Is there an option to turn it on that I might of accidently checked off, so it appears next to the other icons? Perhaps , a tweak when copying a style it should appear automatically.
Using the structure panel to copy Styles (screen below), I tried copying style on H1, but it says nothing to copy.
