SOLVED: Sticky header magic needed

Hi, Can anyone point me at some tutorials, docs, tips etc for creating a sticky header? Something I thought should be simple is proving hard to achieve.

So far I can make my header sticky only on some sites. Even though all sites use the same versions and as far as I can tell the same settings. But I’m obviously missing something.

Sometimes I can make my header sticky OR I can make the header position 100px down … but I can’t seem to make both happen together. Sometimes even just sticky refuses to stick.

The screen shots show what I am trying to achieve ( that was using GP/GB pros ).
Normal header:

Doh - Found the Header Settings now. I was trying to set elements to sticky rather than the whole header. So that side of things is now working.

However I am still left pondering how to have the logo sit above the header, on a transparent background, and to scroll off the screen while the header or at least the menu remains sticky.

Update:
After lots of attempts I never did manage to get the Sticky Header/Navigation to work as I wanted in Bricks, so had to use GP/GB which only takes a couple of clicks.
