We are on it, but unfortunately have zero control over this part of the firewall that is causing this issue, which results in certain IP addresses from being blocked when you try to activate your license. I’ll provide an update as soon as we got some news.

It would be interesting to know what IP blocks are triggering this behavior. I’m using Hetzner and not a single site of mine got problems.
I have the same issue… I have to edit my clients sites and I’m completely stuck !
We just got confirmation that the IP block has been resolved, and that it technically shouldn’t occur again. If it does we’ll have to take additional steps.

I am having the same issue. I have the site on the whitelist, and when I paste my licence key, it says “not found”.
Any idea how to solve it?
