SOLVED: Slider (Nestable/Non Nestable) aria_label="%1$s of %2$s"

Bricks: 2.3.11

When using the Slider (Nestable) element, every slide is given the aria_label “%1$s of %2$s“.

Edit: Can also be seen in the images from SOLVED: Slider (Nestable): Background Image missing on cloned/next slides in Builder (Items to show > 1) . Maybe they’re related?

Edit2: This is happening on the Slider element too.

Hi @JS40CD,

thank you. I was able to replicate the issue with Slider Nestable and I’ve opened an internal bug report.

I can’t replicate it with Slider element, on Bricks 2.4 beta2, so maybe that was fixed already.

We’ve addressed this in Bricks 2.3.12, now available as a one-click update in your WordPress Dashboard.

Slider (Nestable) ARIA labels now show the actual slide numbers instead of placeholder tokens.

Please read the changelog entry before updating, and let us know if you experience any issues.
