In the pop-up, the Show at breakpoint option has two serious problems.
1- This option does not work at all. It’s weird, but it worked the first time and then it never worked.
2- Please set Show at breakpoint option as multiple select (like elementor) The main reason for that is that we can currently only choose one breakpoint to show the popup. On one of the customers website, we have a popup that we want to not show on desktop but show for other breakpoints. But currently, this is not possible in the Show at breakpoint option.
Yeah, I agree a multi-select might be a better setting here as it would allow you to only set it for desktop for example. But what are the issues you’re facing with the setting not working as I can’t replicate that?
This option seems to inherit the desired settings on the breakpoints but in reverse. For example, if we select the desktop in the Show at breakpoint option, the popup will be displayed only on the desktop (because the desktop is the last breakpoint).
If we choose Mobile landscape, the pop-up will be displayed in Mobile landscape, Tablet portrait and desktop, and finally if we choose Mobile portrait, the pop-up will be displayed in all breakpoints.
While it is expected that in the current option, if we select a breakpoint, the popup will be displayed only at the selected breakpoint.
The “show at” setting is supposed to be as in “starting showing from this breakpoint:”. This is similar to the background video “Start play at” setting.
But I agree it can be confusing and could use some improvement though.
If you want to improve this item, please do as Elementor. In Elementor, by default, popup display is set on all breakpoints. But we can easily remove the popup for any of the breakpoints.
