SOLVED: Section Template Settings Changing When I Try to Use Them

I’ve been creating containers that I’m saving as section templates. However, I can’t use them. The settings change when I use them. Sometimes only part of the background (solid color with alpha) is showing. I have to recreate that container each time I want to use it. Thanks.

Update: I had to recreate so many sections manually because templates aren’t saving properly. Some are missing images. Some get part of the width cut off. Etc etc etc. That’s without caching plugins or Cloudflare. Even my author box is showing as the old version on some pages with my headshot missing. I had to take a screenshot of that, go into GIMP, and then add the photo to it and crop it and add it as a new template. Even that is only showing on half the pages. The other pages still have an older version. I lost a header once, too, and a footer. Not sure what’s going on. That’s some context in case it’s needed. Thanks.

I’m not able to reproduce this issue. Could you send us one email with temporary access to your staging installation so we could investigate it?

I pushed all changes to the live site. New templates are doing that, too. One of them made me re-upload the images. Luckily, they were styled as I styled them. They just needed to be re-uploaded. I can send an email with a username and password for the live site. (Update: sent).

The missing images on the template insert issue will be fixed on Bricks 1.3.3.

Thanks. I just sent another email in a reply. There are two other problems with inserted templates.
