Hi Hosein,
Thanks so much for your report!
Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Please check for invalid CSS styles that might cause it. Alternatively, remove the elements one by one to spot the possible culprit.
Best regards,
timmse
Hi again timmse,
I checked this issue further and it seems that if we use these 3 elements in my account dashboard, this bug occurs.
1- icon element : After reload canvas, the icon element is completely gone.
2- If we use the block element, after reloading the canvas, the gap in this element becomes 0.
3- If we use the div element, after canvas reload, the background color will be white and also the column direction will change to row (please note that the div element is flex).
I would like to point out again that to reproduce this bug, you must be on my account page (wordpress page), click on relaod canvas.
Not sure, but it might be related to this.
I still can’t reproduce it. Please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.
Hi Hosein,
You’re editing the account page directly instead of using the template, which makes the difference. That’s why I couldn’t reproduce the problem because I edited the template
However, when editing the page directly, I can confirm the problem
thank you @timmse, I apologize for the mistake.
So Is directly editing my account page a wrong way?
On the other hand, if I want to use a template like you, what kind of template should I choose?
No, all good
You are already using the correct template but haven’t mentioned that the issue appears when reloading the canvas on the My Account page.
I assumed you were talking about the template itself, not the page, which is why I wasn’t able to replicate it.
Don’t think about it anymore, everything’s fine
Hi, this bug seems to have been fixed in recent versions. Thank you for your attention🙏
