This…I’m not sure if it’s a feature request or a bug. I noticed the Dynamic Shortcode directly appear on output when I viewed my HTML source. I’m using SEOPress, but I don’t think it’s SEOPress’s issue.
I have a suggestion.
In Oxygen, when we use dynamic data, the shortcode of dynamic data will reflect it to the post title instead of showing the shortcode.
@Michael
I was one of the guys who requested to have the option to disable the SEO tag by Bricks(I’m glad they did since 1.2). So I’ve already disabled that.
The {post_title} has been reflected in HTML, so google will definitely detect whatever it outputs on the HTML. It would be good if it works like Oxygen. When we inserted the dynamic data, it will show the actual text instead of the code of dynamic data.
Yes, I believe the same with Elementor too. I don’t think this is a feature request, this is a bug and should be treated more urgently.
I am not overly familiar with this forum, so not sure if you can change it to a different category? If not, then I would add your first post again but to bugs.
Again, this might just me, but so it is clear to the devs, i would change the tiles to something like: Dynamic Shortcode being included into HTML. But again that might just be me being pedantic haha
Thank you for reporting this. This also needs to be reported to the SEOpress team. When they fetch the Bricks data from the database they need to make sure they parse it to replace the dynamic data.
I have had this checked. It fixed whenever I checked the “Disable Bricks Open Graph meta tags.”
This was just an option I always overlooked because I never had this issue with Bricks and Rank Math. However, this build is using Yoast, so that could be a factor.
Anyways, this has been resolved due to my incompetence
