SOLVED: Productgallery Woocommerce Issue

Hello,

BricksBuilder 2.0.2.

WP: 6.8.2
WooCommerce (10.2.0)’
Browser: Chrome, Edge, Opera, Safari
OP SYS: Mac OS, IOS
Link: upon request (development page)

The following annoying phenomenon occurs on my site:

Location: Bricks Single Product Template:

Among other things, I have added:

  • Product gallery
  • Custom pop-ups with Bricks interactions

When I open the page and open and close the product gallery, everything works as it should.

If I open and close a pop-up before opening the product gallery, and then open and close the product gallery, only the frame of the “lightbox” closes and the image remains frozen.

The image only disappears when I reload the page.

The installation is new, so there should be no issues responsible for this.

What could be the reason for this? I suspect that this has only been an issue since version 2, but I can’t say for sure.

I have deactivated the cascade layer, as it previously destroyed the entire gallery since version 2. I found this in the support forum.

Best regards, Daniel

Hi Daniel,
Thanks so much for your report!

It is possible that this is the cause of the issue:

Please install the 2.1 beta version manually (download it from your account) and see if it works. If not, please provide us with at least a live link so that we can see the issue.

Best regards,
timmse

Okay, I installed the beta, and the gallery is now running again with the cascade layer enabled, but my problem still persists.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to replicate the issue. Please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.

Hi Timmse,

You have an PM.

Best regards

Hi Daniel,
Sorry it took a little longer. The problem is related to loading the popup content via Ajax. Once this setting is disabled, it seems to work fine. We have created a task for this and will update this thread as soon as the problem is fixed.

We’ve addressed this in Bricks 2.3.10, now available as a one-click update in your WordPress Dashboard.

Please read the changelog entry before updating, and let us know if you experience any issues.
